Silverlight 2.0 Lab Manuals For Beginners & Intermediates

 

Hi All,

Today I have decided to create LAB Manuals for Silverlight 2.0. So that everybody should take the advantage of the new technologies to build Rich Internet Applications. Most of you might know all these examples but still for the people who are interested learning Silverlight 2.0, I am dedicating these labs for them.

Following is a list for all the labs which I will be preparing:

6	Creating Deep Zoom Application for your Images.
7	Creating and using Resources in Silverlight 2.0.
8	Working with MediaElement control in Silverlight 2.0.
9	Consuming Web Services in Silverlight 2.0.
10	Consuming WCF Services in Silverlight 2.0.
11	Querying data from Collection using LINQ and Silverlight 2.0.
12	Creating and using Splash Screen in Silverlight 2.0.
13	Using Custom Types in XAML.
14	Working with Background Worker in Silverlight 2.0.
15	Working with File Dialog box in Silverlight 2.0.
16	Working with HttpAsyncUpload and HttpAsyncDownload.
17	Communicating between Silverlight 2.0 and ASP.NET 2.0 and Vice versa.
18	Consuming XML Data in Silverlight 2.0.
19	Working with Animation in Silverlight 2.0.
20	Drag & Drop operation in Silverlight 2.0.
21	Introduction to Silverlight 3.0.

 

To work with these labs you should have following tools installed on your machine.

1) Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 with SP1.

2) Silverlight 2.0.
